The role of ethics in workplace explained by Jonathan Tichich



As an executive in the top or middle level management one needs it is very important to understand the ethical obligation that need to be followed while taking day to day decisions. Ethics are the standards that establish the righteousness or wrongness of an act or decision. Ethics are important for decision making that creates a balance between company’s expectations and interest of its stakeholders.
